Obligating with the Licensing Act 2003, we do not sell alcoholic products to individuals under the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We will also verify your age by using or checking the following methods:
– Checking your name against the Electoral Register
– Payment by Credit card or Paypal
– Asking for additional ID (Photo of valid ID)
We do not take payment until your order has been placed through our checkout service. When we do take payment and dispatch your order, the completion of the contract between us will take place. Until payment has been taken, we are not bound to supply your order. We have the right to cancel it for any reason without notice.
Our deliveries are made by Royal Mail or courier for wine orders with quantities of 2 bottles or more. We will deliver to anywhere in the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Scottish Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles). For corporate business orders only, you can choose a specified date of delivery, we will attempt to deliver your order on the specified date. However, we will not be liable to you for any delay in the delivery of your order.

CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
If you would like to cancel or return your order please, Contact Us as soon as possible.
You may cancel your order 24 hours after you ordered it, if your order has been dispatched we cannot provide a refund. Please note for orders of more than 20, cancellations need to be made within 1 working day of payment. Failure to do so will not make you eligible to cancel your order.
If after dispatch you decide to cancel your order (within the 24 hour cancellation period) then you must refuse to accept delivery from the driver and your order will be returned to us. If your order has been delivered, it is your responsibility to return it to:

If there is any damage to your order when it arrives, you should notify us as soon as possible. We will refund you the cost of the damaged items or arrange to send you a replacement.
Where applicable, refunds will be processed within 10 days.
